I was introduced to Existential Phenomenology while attending the University of Dallas, where I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology. I obtained my master's in psychology at the University of West Georgia. Then, after several years, I returned to school to obtain a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Additional studies include play therapy, art therapy, SandPlay, family studies, psychophysiology, and neuropsychology. My eclectic tools range from expressive art therapies to cognitive behavioral techniques.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I seek to assist kids, adolescents, individuals, and families to resolve or better cope with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, relational or social problems, parenting issues, divorce recovery, and trauma. My background includes working with children and adolescents in a school setting for the past 29 years, including working as a school counselor for the last eleven years.
