I have been serving adults and couples in the Round Rock/Austin area for over 15 years. My passion is working with adults with various different presenting issues, including loss and grief, marriage/relationship concerns, and trauma. It is my belief that a sound therapeutic relationship is a foundation for healing and I seek to provide that for all of my clients. Through this therapeutic relationship, and through a variety of treatment modalities including Object-Relations, Psychoanalytic, and Internal Family Systems, I strive to assist my clients in finding solutions to their concerns that work for their unique situations.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and humanistic, focused on the unique human experience of each individual. I deeply value authenticity and prioritize cultivating genuine relationships with my clients. I work with adults who want to live more freely and fully, whether you are experiencing a diagnosable mental health condition such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD, or are simply ready to incite positive change or become unstuck from hard-wired, unconscious patterns in your life.

As a Queer Hispanic Female, I have a passion as a therapist to support fellow LGBTQIA+ clients with things unique to our experience and lives such as coming out, working through relationships with straight friends and family, developing meaningful, healthy sexual connections with our partners, and general healing with compassion. Our specialties are sex therapy and relationships, including desire discrepancy, male and female sexual dysfunction, sexual compulsion/addiction, sexual communication breakdowns, exploring sexual and gender orientation, erotic template, and more. Natalie Lenard is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 10 years of experience in counseling and mental health. Working with clients across all ages, she has assisted clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, academic struggles, dissociative disorders, family and relational problems, and stage of life hardships. Natalie graduated with a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. Her degree included a focus on both School and Community Mental Health Counseling.

I specialize in counseling children, adolescents and teens struggling with trauma, anxiety or depression utilizing play therapy and expressive art techniques. With 20 years of counseling experience, I work collaboratively with parents and guardians to teach creative and effective parenting strategies to improve family relationships.
