Sometimes life can become unmanageable and we feel like there is no way out of certain situations. Our therapeutic focus is centered to every client's needs and personal situation. I like to focus on reframing thoughts and emotions and educating clients on resources that will make their life more manageable and help each client reach a sense of contentment.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, teens and children. My educational and working background includes self-esteem, co-dependency, trauma, depression, grief, loss, anxiety, family issues, substance abuse and addiction. I am also an EMDR trained therapist, which is a modality that helps process trauma.
I am part of a Counseling Center that consist of Masters level LPCs, LPC-As, LCDCs and Certified Life Coaches. We all work together as a team to help each individual that enters our practice; as well as maintaining a safe place for growth.
