I utilize cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, and family systems approaches as well as a person-centered orientation. I have been providing support to adolescents and adults who are navigating a difficult season of life for nearly 15 years. I am currently serving clients throughout Texas and Florida via telehealth and offer in-home services to individuals in the Rockwall and Dallas area. I create a safe and empowering environment to support clients who are feeling anxious, depressed, fearful, or stressed. Additionally, I support clients and their families who are struggling with substance use and addiction, including behavioral addictions.

I specialize in children and parenting. If your child has high anxiety, seems sad or withdrawn, or has had behavior changes, you might consider counseling.
