I use an Existential approach which helps to overcome adversity, examine fears, and inspire purpose. I use CBT therapy and other approaches to help individuals understand cognitions and their origin. I empower my clients through psycho-education. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional.
