My name is Elise Manning and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I know life happens in ways that are not always kind to us. As a result, I hope to help you better understand how you show up as you move through whatever is happening in life while also finding new ways of doing so. My style takes a humanistic approach and utilizes a variety of different techniques to help you spark change.

Children often do not have the words to express what they are thinking or feeling. Traditional talk therapy alone is rarely successful in helping children process difficult life situations. I help children overcome anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I also assist parents in building strong, open relationships with their children. If your child is going through anxiety, sadness, behavior problems, social issues, or life changes (divorce, loss of a loved one, etc.) I am happy to walk along side them in their journey. In addition to working with children, I also see teens and adults.
