This has brought out the unfulfilled need for connection in relationships already stressful, and has inspired people to find creative ways of strengthening connection.

My client population includes children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals as well as families. I facilitate numerous groups and skills training curriculum in various topics including adolescent first offenders, anger management, divorce and separation, parenting, and teen issues.

I have been in practice 16-years and have opened my service area thanks to Google Meet & Facetime. I became a therapist (I have a dual degree in both individual & family therapy) after beginning my own work over 2 decades ago. It feels like your teen is living life through a screen and you don't know what to do. You used to set screen time limits and watch what your child did online. They became a teenager, and it got harder. Then the pandemic happened, and they had to be on a screen all the time. As things have gotten safer and are back to “normal”, you noticed your teen’s screen habits have remained the same.
