My primary goal is to help other help themselves. I have been working in the counseling field for 28 years. I help families and individual's strive for a heather life. Helping with alcohol and drug addiction to anxiety and depression. Also, over the years I have helped Individuals with Anger Management, finding other ways to cope with everyday stress.
I have also worked with adolescents directly for the last 16 years, specializing in grief and suicide prevention. It is very rewarding to see young people grow and change their lives.
As a therapist I have had different experiences in life. I have 10 years of experience in the oilfield prior to returning to finish my education. I understand the pressures placed on oilfield workers. Many of the individuals that I work with respect my position on the world around us.
