I have spent over twenty years working with children of all ages, adolescents and adults, whom have had emotional, behavioral, medical and learning challenges. I have experience providing family and marital counseling. My experience also includes working with individuals whom have dual diagnosis using different forms of psychotherapy. I meet my clients where they are to partner with them in making a positive impact in their lives. Meltzer Counseling is located in Richardson, Texas. We offer counseling services to adults, adolescents, children, couples. Clinicians accept health insurance, some clinicians offer therapy services on a sliding scale. Additionally, we offer short-term FREE family therapy for qualifying families. All clinicians are direct and respectful and our goal is to utilize the best fit for each client's needs. I am the owner of Bridging the Gaps Family Life Services where I offer family life coaching and education for families experiencing significant life transitions and distress. I am passionate about helping families in crisis and supporting women who are mothers of tweens, teens, and young adults who are experiencing identity distress and trauma. Many of my clients are looking for skills and resources to navigate overwhelm, chronic stress, caregiver fatigue, and maternal burnout while, also, creating deeper connections with their children, family, and friends.

Richland Oaks Counseling Center (ROCC) is a non-profit clinic with offices in Richardson and McKinney. We offer a full spectrum of services including psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings. ROCC also offers a range of psychological testing services including assessments of intelligence, personality, learning disorders and giftedness, ADD/ADHD, Disability and Rehabilitation Service assessments, and assessments to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of other mental health concerns.
