I was inspired to be a counselor by my own struggles with family codependency. There is hope! The goal is to provide you with the insights and tools you need to move past old, limiting beliefs and behaviors. I will provide dedicated, confidential listening to create a bright future.

Given my nearly 13 years of experience in the counseling field, I am comfortable utilizing an eclectic approach to treatment, based on the individual needs of the client. I am also licensed through the PsyPact which allows me to provide telehealth to many states in the U.S.
