Marissa Bell is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping all people as they work on life’s journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) in Texas. I received my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I have clinical experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults with issues that include anxiety and depression, grief, behavioral issues, self-harm, multicultural issues, trauma, life transitions, domestic violence and abuse, and family/relationship conflicts. I am trained in TF-CBT and an LGBTQIA+ friendly counselor. Additionally, I utilize play/activity therapy for kiddos who are in need of services.

Jean graduated with my MSW from Edinboro University. She has spent her professional life being a part of the helping relationship. Jean had the opportunity to work at the forensic unit, domestic violence shelter, addiction facility, and as a clinical program director for an adolescent facility. She values learning from my clients as well as sharing the knowledge.
