I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 30 years experience treating most conditions and issues for people between the ages of 12 to 80 years of age. I am currently accepting new clients and do file with most major insurance companies if you wish. I provide individual, family, marital/couples counseling as well as group therapy. Treating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Social Skills, Marital therapy and many other conditions. Thanks
For more than 28 years I have been providing therapy with a cognitive behavioral treatment approach (CBT). This approach combined with others which compliment CBT allows me to modify treatment based on clients needs. Flexibility across the treatment spectrum of modalities is a critical component to meet individual needs.
Clients tell me they receive an education in psychology raising there self-awareness. Insight about who you are and how you operate is my first goal.
