I have experience working with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, as well as crisis intervention, safety planning, individual and group therapy. As a queer woman, I have both lived experience and extensive scholarly knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community, and tirelessly advocate for "family". I work with adolescents ages 14+ and adults. My approach to therapy is grounded in feminist & existential philosophies.

My approach is different than other child therapist because I involve the parents in every step of the process and encourage them to be the parents that they want to be.
