I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, counselor, life coach, career consultant, and national expert on the bedroom, and at work. ​For thirty years, I have helped couples find their way back to each other. I am a survivor of sexual trauma, emotional neglect, and have had relationship problems. This has put me in a unique position to help you. In addition, both of us will work on counseling goals, which will govern the direction of your counseling process.

I believe every person has an innate motivation to move towards the best version of themselves. I view my position in the therapeutic relationship as supporting a person through what may be a very difficult time so that the individual or family can move forward. I view therapy from a person-centered perspective, meaning an individual or family leads decisions regarding change. What I find most important in counseling is the therapeutic relationship between client and counselor. I nurture this relationship by providing a safe space for people to explore their deep personal struggles while I remain nonjudgmental and empathetic.

Hello, With more than 25 years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy within both outpatient and inpatient settings, I would be honored to assist you along your journey.
