Dr. Talha Khan is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual and family therapy for adolescents and adults. This means emotional pain is real, tangible, and needs to be resolved or it will continue to impact how you feel and perceive the world. Trauma, negative belief symptoms, coping struggles, cumulative stress, substance abuse, relationship issues, family struggles, and past difficult memories can be addressed in therapy and there can be permanent healing. You do not have to continue to struggle and suffer from unwanted sensations and symptoms blocking you from living your life the way you want to live it. You can process symptoms and move past them.
