I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I've been working in mental health for 7 years. During this time I've worked with individuals and couples in private practice, as well as pediatrics, teens and adults in a hospital setting. The social injustices of the world initially drew me to the field of social work, and along this path I found my calling for working closely with people who've experienced complex trauma & adversity. I use trauma focused modalities in correlation with mindfulness practices, movement/nutrition, artistic expression, and an eclectic approach tailored to each individual's unique human experience.
