I work with adults, adolescents ages 13-19 and youth ages 10-12. This is will be accomplished through educational groups, support groups and individual sessions.I look foward to working with you and your family. Now is the time to Change your Life.
Anger, Substance Abuse and Loss causes pain and hurt to everyone involved. Groups and individual therapy sessions provide a safe place for you and your love one to get the support you need.

Handling It Now is a anger management group that meets weekly to provide members with new coping skills for managing problematic anger.Clients will learn what triggers are and how they affect their anger, they also learn about different communication skills. Group sessions last from 6-12 weeks at the cost of $40.00 to $50.00 per person per group session. Please call for more information.
