I have been in practice 16-years and have opened my service area thanks to Google Meet & Facetime. I became a therapist (I have a dual degree in both individual & family therapy) after beginning my own work over 2 decades ago. I see therapy as a tool, a valuable asset that helps us to pull from our history and present the things that work so our future can be everything we want.

I am a client centered clinician. I specialize in GLBT issues, trauma, couples, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addictions, and family therapy. I work with individuals with multiple health concerns, including cancer, ostomy patients and caregivers. I have served our Military for several years and offer readjustment therapy for all Veterans. I am dynamic and sensitive with regard to culture and race. I employ a multitude of clinical tools and theory and am focused on you, the individual. I am also a certified Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Kathy is a nationally certified drug and alcohol interventionist. She is a board registered Interventionist, and a Certified drug and alcohol counselor. She has been working in the field of addiction recovery for over 20 years. Her hands-on experience with SUD has given her the clinical comprehension of what to expect and how to assist you and your loved one through the transition into recovery. Kathy recognizes that substance use disorder is a debilitating disease that attacks an individual and families on all Ievels: physically, emotionally & spiritually. Her goal is to restore hope with care, honesty, and professionalism.
