Although society is growing to understand the importance of mental health, caring for our well-being is not always encouraged or seen as a high-priority; but, our ability to know ourselves and process through life events is foundational to freely living the life we hope for! My clients have often been diagnosed with, or suspect a diagnosis, of ADHD and/or Autism in their child, teen, or young adult. Often they come to me seeking an alternative or supplement to medication prescribed by their physician.
