I enjoy working with the full life span (my client's ages range from 2-years-old to 94-years-old) through a wide variety of concerns. I consider it a deep honor to be entrusted on your path to wellness and enjoy when you are able to pursue wholeness, even when you have no words. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients toward hope and healing from a variety of complex experiences, including attachment concerns, prolonged grieving, adoption issues, challenging parenting situations, vicarious trauma, and complex trauma & dissociation, including dissociative identity disorder.
With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, neurobiological safety, and developmental models, I utilize art, play, music, breath work, mindfulness, animal-assisted therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based treatments in therapy. I fundamentally seek to approach clients with cultural humility and believe in utilizing your strengths.
I train, supervise, and work alongside other counselors who treat similar client concerns as me. Because of the highly specialized nature of our skills, we are often a good fit for clients who struggle to experience successful treatment from other mental health providers or are feeling stuck.
