Pamela uses techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, marital therapy, grief therapy, and trauma resolution therapy to assist her clients with balancing their stressors from work and life. Pamela provides skill building exercises to assist with: anxiety issues, depression issues, anger issues, time management issues, relationship issues, conflict and stress management issues. She provides breathing exercises, relaxation skills, communication skills positive thinking, self-esteem building, boundary setting, problem solving, career guidance and goal setting.
