Therapy is a space that helps you understand what is important to you while being able to process your feelings and express yourself freely. It’s an opportunity to focus on your needs and the areas in which you would like to see change. Focusing on yourself and your wants, we will work together to find calm and direction.
Compassion, authenticity, and social justice are the ideals that create my work as a therapist. Utilizing a range of evidenced based practices I work with individuals, relationships, and families. Areas of focus include: processing past trauma or difficult emotions/feelings, coping skills for depression and anxiety, and working through life changes.
Understanding the anxiety that can take place when someone makes the decision to begin therapy, know that the space is safe to express yourself, where you’ll be met with curiosity and understanding.
