I am a psychotherapist who will work in partnership with you to help you find happiness and fulfillment in life that you deserve. I practice in a supportive, sensitive, collaborative way. I listen, coach, and sometimes challenge you, always respecting you as an individual. You may feel stuck, embarrassed about your life circumstances, lost and not know what is eating away at you. This is normal and together we will uncover ways to resolve these and other uncomfortable feelings.

I work with adolescents, teenagers, college aged students and adults. I have over 25 years working in higher education, working with people dealing with depression, ADHD, career and life struggles, family conflicts, grief, LGBT issues, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and health issues. I have a background in creative writing and health and wellness.

Seeking therapy is a difficult decision. I will partner with you to demystify this and engage in a supportive way. I am sensitive, caring, and am dynamic and dedicated to our work together. I use humor where appropriate, with a commitment to helping you manage your life circumstances and be on the path to fulfillment.
