Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual, family, couples, adolescent, and marriage counseling. My experience includes working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, family and relationship problems, and mood disorders. While I take a more holistic approach, I am trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Making a decision to see a therapist might be the first step toward healing, and I will gladly guide and support you along that route.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC Level 2). I have a Masters of Education in mental health, addictions, and marriage and family therapy. I have worked with families, adolescents and adults for over the 10 years in a variety of settings. I typically utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy.

By establishing a warm and welcoming space, my goal is to help you to reach tangible goals and to have meaningful transformation. Together, we will do the required work to improve relationship to oneself so you can show up as your true authentic self.
