I strive to incorporate a free-flowing exchange and develop a sense of mutual trust through constructive exploration together. I understand the value of sharing personal concerns with someone objective, and do not take this responsibility lightly.
My feeling is that therapists ought to sustain curiosity and openness rather than rely on absolutes that may in fact limit our potential with confining parameters. Life doesn't always offer tidy resolutions, and it is important to figure out how to remain centered when things seem to be the toughest.
