My therapeutic process is integrative and collaborative. I believe that treating the person as a whole is essential to the healing process. From my perspective, the path home to oneself involves a willingness to release and transmute shame and guilt, while deeply embracing one’s sense of worthiness, belonging, connectedness, and intuition.
