It is a collaborative process of identifying and overcoming your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting, which may have limited you. In our work together, you will develop new skills to enhance your overall well-being, improve your relationships, and enable you to make better choices in life.
My goal is to help couples, individuals, and families live happier and more productive lives. We will address difficulties resulting from depression, anxiety, loss, family conflict, infertility and infidelity. I specialize in couples therapy and work with couples facing a variety of issues in all stages of relationship, from pre-marriage to post-divorce.
I graduated from Duke University with a BA, and from New York University with an MSW. To help you best, I use therapeutic techniques that have been shown by research to be most effective.
