My counseling practice provides services to individuals, couples, and groups. Those who seek counseling assistance often face difficult life situations that cause emotional wounds, pain, and loss of hope. As a counselor, my role is to come alongside clients to help them understand the source of the issues that they face, help them identify solutions to their problems, and to encourage them in their efforts. Reestablishing a sense of hope is a major factor in this healing process.

My goal is to provide a supportive counseling to help people work through life's challenges. All sessions are virtual using a confidential program where we can meet via computer or cell phone. My clients generally prefer the virtual option. No travel required.I use a variety of counseling techniques, tailored to your needs. I work with adults, parents/caregivers, and children from birth to 12 years old. I work towards providing support to those who have concerns regarding anxiety, depression, navigating life changes and times of transition, perinatal and postnatal issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, attachment concerns, and processing difficult life experiences. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also endorsed by the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Specialist (Level II). I am licensed both as a Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. I also have a Ph.D. in Quantum Advanced Medicine. I do therapy with individuals for depression, anxiety and many other life issues. I work with couples and families through Marriage and Family Therapy which is my specialty area. Furthermore, attending to the grief and loss through a divorce is also an important component of family work. Therapy with adolescents and children, sexual and alcohol addictions are critical components of my practice today. Clients come to me because of my strong emphasis on natural treatment consultations when possible.
