Welcome! I specialize in trauma recovery and navigating relationship challenges across all aspects of our lives. I place strong emphasis on acquiring skills to manage anxiety and depression, chronic illness, substance use recovery, grief and/or loss, and on making critical transitions that ensure safety, growth and holistic wellbeing. I have extensive experience engaging with teens and young people and am a skilled restorative dialogue facilitator, helping individuals and families hold space for conversations around challenging topics.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and psychological testing services to adults, adolescents, children, and couples. I have a special interest in working with mood disorders, anxiety/trauma/stress disorders, adjustment issues, ADHD, behavioral/school issues, learning disabilities, family conflict, race/gender issues, grief/loss therapy, abuse, domestic violence, custody/forensic issues, psychosis, and marital/couples issues. I also perform return to work and custody evaluations

I have been providing therapy for more than 15 years to individuals, groups, and families. I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings. Often times people who identify outside the "norm" feel like they don't matter, they do! The world around you is so uncertain and at times and can be not safe. It's exhausting to carry that burden alone. I enjoy working with adolescents and teens, but also have a good rapport with adults.
