My therapeutic approach focuses mostly on Family Systems Theory, but my therapeutic intervention combines a variety of techniques associated with multiple theories. In our sessions, all aspects of your life – family of origin, relationship history, work, health, creative outlets, and spiritual beliefs may need to be discussed and considered.
Together we will put a considerable amount of time and energy into our sessions. I want your experience to be positive and something you look forward to. It is important you play an active role in sessions and at home with the things that we discuss.
