Currently offering daytime appointments only I aim to meet the individualized needs of each person, couple, and family I work with and take a collaborative approach in setting goals for therapy. I use a family systems approach to explore how multiple areas of a person's life impacts their experiences and current struggles. I work on achieving these goals through personal exploration, role play and exercises used in and outside of session, implementation of improved communication skills, and boundary setting.

Over the years, I have worked with numerous clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and/or family issues that brought them into my office. These issues left clients either looking for someone to help them unpack unresolved feelings, emotions, and thoughts, or suffering in silence. Many times those thoughts, feelings, and emotions needed to be shared with someone who was willing to actively listen and build a healthy and trusting therapeutic relationship with the client to help find relief.
