Monday Morning COPE Group
COPE (Create your Own Peace Everyday) Group is currently offered via zoom Mondays 10-11:00. Practice the coping tools needed to start your week off well! In a small group setting we practice skills of mindfulness, breathing techniques, and mindful movement and meditation. Most insurance covers payment for these groups.
