Learning to Practice the "PAUSE" is a change in the way we move through everyday life. Those with LTP provide treatment in a kind and empathetic manner. Specializing in the treatment of therapists and other helping professionals & those with a history of trauma. As a Trauma Certified therapist (CCTP), my focus is to support the individual journey of discovery, while creating sound strategies to support the long term well-being of our patients. I provide a safe space for therapists, counselors, law enforcement, firefighters, ems/ paramedics, ER doctors and nurses and any other professionals to cope with all that life brings.
