Sometimes we all need a safe space to process, reconnect, and heal – to speak our pain, communicate what we need, and be supported as we tap back into love and connection.
I specialize in relationship support, trauma and attachment work, parenting, and pregnancy/postpartum support. I care deeply about my clients, and I work with compassion, creativity, and zeal to help them identify what they need and figure out how to get their needs met in healthy, constructive ways.
I offer some evening and weekend appointments, as well as daytime hours. I also provide a free phone consultation to hear a little about what you're looking for and to answer any questions you might have for me. I look forward to working with you.
