We all go through seasons in our lives where it would be beneficial to have someone come along side and help us get out of our own muck. I work with a variety of people but particularly like helping people get past traumatic events or to have better relationships with others.
I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have sought out a lot of extensive training past my Master's degree. I have been trained in EMDR, DBT, and Brainspotting to help people move past trauma and tough events in their life. I've been trained in EFT and Level One Gottman Training for seeing couples.
