I believe every individual needs someone at some point in their life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment when that need arises. I enjoy working with different populations of clients and appreciate the diversity that each individual brings to the therapeutic relationship. Together, we will work on the goals that will assist you in coping with life stressors and achieving a healthier future. I am a Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

I'm interested in helping individuals, couples, marriages, and families improve their relationships and quality of life. My background in teaching also makes me especially suited for working with children using sand play, games, and art in addition to traditional talk therapy. I'm trained in systems therapy, which means I view problems and solutions holistically to include the entire family and their natural home, work, and school environments. Therapy can provide a space that fosters the natural healing process within each of us and I enjoy supporting people on this journey.

We offer in-person & tele-health across the lifespan from toddlers to seniors. We offer family, individual, & couples' counseling. We believe the decision to seek therapy is a courageous step. Although the initial decision can be frightening and stressful, it's our intention to instill hope, foster growth and cultivate healing in your life. The most important aspect to your choice in finding the right counselor is your ability to feel emotionally safe and vulnerable in session. Feeling heard, connected, and validated in a non-judgemental environment is the best predictor to having a successful counseling experience.

Zarandona Counseling and Assessment Services has expanded as a group practice. We currently have 6 therapists, ranging in specialty, and provide services for children 14 years old and up, teens, and adults. Three of our therapists are Spanish speakers. While Elena Zarandona is currently accepting a limited number of new clients, she is happy to recommend any of the therapist working with her. My clients are typically adoptees and/or their adoptive or birth families. I also see women who are struggling with burnout. Adoption is a life-long process that can create many challenges for adoptees. I “get it” on a level most therapists can’t because as an adoptee myself, I’ve also experienced those losses and the questions that come with them. I am in reunion and have been since I was 18. This has been a largely positive experience but has had emotional ups and downs through the years.

I am passionate about mental health and am grateful I have worked in this field over the last 14 years. As a Marriage and Family therapist for 5 years, I have found my calling working with professional helpers such as first responders, veterans, and military service members. I have a specific interest and expertise in working with professional helpers who have a hard time accepting or asking for help themselves. I have gotten to know the struggles of the professional helpers and their loved ones that I have had the honor to work with.

I have always had a passion for working with children and their families. The majority of my experience has been working with children in a variety of settings: residential, after school programs, schools and providing individual and family therapy to children and adults who have experienced significant trauma, behavior concerns, anxiety and depression.

Clients seek my help to navigate the struggles and difficulties that often revolve around intimacy/sexuality, family conflict, and personal identity. Those who desire to repair conflicts, reduce problematic (sexual, spiritual, emotional) patterns, establish healthier relationships, or heal trauma interfering with the present will align well. I earned my PhD in Clinical Sexology. This allowed me to professionally expand my practice from relational to deeply personal as sexuality impacts so much. Clients find this work highly valuable.

Grace Love and Connection is a group of clinicians who are passionate about hope and healing. With a spectrum of interests and specialties, our clinicians are able to meet your family's needs. Grace Love and Connection counselors are able to address individual concerns, mental health issues, children's behaviors, adolescent anxiety, emotional health struggles, interpersonal conflict, and family crisis. Counseling is facilitated in a warm environment and within the safety of a non-judgmental, professional relationship.

Beth creates a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment for individuals, couples, and families to address their hurt. She partners with her clients to explore their questions, concerns, and pain and to develop a plan to enhance well-being. Beth is trained to address interpersonal concerns, family conflict, relationship issues, as well as mental health disorders such as ADHD, depression, and anxiety. She also works through issues related to grief, loss, betrayal, and deception.

The goal of my practice is to meet people where they are and assist them in growing to become the individuals and families they dream to be. I work along side you to help create happier and healthier lives. I enjoy working with individuals ranging from 5years old through adults, couples, and family units.

At Farrington Specialty Centers, we believe that anyone battling with an eating disorder has the potential for full recovery and true freedom! Our programs have been designed by practitioners who themselves have recovered from an eating disorder and understand personally the devastating effects of eating disorders. We specialize in all types of Eating Disorders, Compulsive Exercise, and Body Image concerns. Our services include outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. Our IOP, virtual IOP, and PHP programs are in network with Anthem BCBS. We work with all commercial insurances for IOP and PHP.
