In life, we face a myriad of transitions, which impact us throughout every decade of our journey. Such transitions often cause anxiety, depression and/or a sense of sadness, loneliness or loss of direction. We may wonder "who am I now" or "where do I belong". Life changes impact our relationships with romantic partners, our parents, our children and our friends. I specialize in working with people as they navigate life's transitions. I help clients to understand and make sense of what can bring greater satisfaction into their lives, with a focus on building more effective and adaptive coping skills.
Creating a warm and nurturing environment is the essence of my work. Through a strong partnership, we will address your needs and goals. Your perspective on how I can best help you is paramount. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in private practice. I bring a high skill level and hard won wisdom to my work.
My background includes experience as Clinical Training Director for doctoral level psychology interns. As part of this work, I facilitated the weekly couples and family seminar. I work with adolescents and adults, providing individual, couple and family therapy. I maintain day time, evening and Saturday office hours.
