I have 12+ of mental health experience across a range of settings. I currently work with adolescents and adults to address symptoms such as: depressive and mood disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts/behaviors, aggression, dual-diagnosis, psychosis, difficult life transitions, and anger.
I take a non-judgmental, supportive, empathic, and collaborative therapy approach to assist clients to develop the necessary skills to achieve their goals and manage life's challenges. I work with clients to identify and overcome barriers, build strength, and promote emotional growth. I tailor my therapy approach to best serve each client’s personal needs.
