I use a collaborative approach, based in person-centered and humanistic theories. Depending on your needs, I integrate trauma-informed, LGBTQI affirming, sex-positive, and mindfulness perspectives into our work. Areas I am particularly passionate about include Anxiety, Work-Life Balance, Relationship Issues, Gender & Sexuality and Post-Traumatic Growth.
I have personally found success through therapy in recovering from trauma and hardships, which allows me to better understand firsthand the strength it takes to seek help and the resilience of clients to overcome obstacles with the support of therapy.
