I divide my time between trauma therapy and marriage and family therapy. My practice offers individual therapy, couples counseling, mediation, diagnostic and forensic evaluations, and coparenting services. In individual therapy, I tend to work with clients on improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and PTSD.

As the 1st Black female Brainspotting trainer in the world, I seek to humanize mental health struggles, representation and champion therapy to everyone as the path to normalizing/living a healthy, active, fulfilling life. My calling is to serve children and adults who deal with a variety of emotional and behavioral imbalances due to psychological trauma or other stressors. As a trauma and DBT-certified therapist, I work with my clients toward the restoration of their emotional wellness by integrating aspects of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapies (DBT), as well as ART therapy, play therapy, and mind-body practices. I’ve always been an "old soul” and felt drawn to finding deeper meaning in a chaotic world. I’m deeply interested in others’ stories and understanding how we grow, heal and thrive. I primarily work with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues and career issues. I’ve often found myself in awe at how the human spirit can weather even the greatest of storms. When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing tennis or golf and enjoying the outdoors.
