Almost 35 years practicing and i can still say every client i work with whether individually or as a couple have their own needs and wants. My client is ready to work, to heal, and to grow.Many of the issues are trust, respect, infidelity, communication, and marital. The issues are universal, to feel appreciated and loved. First timers or experienced clients all share the need to have a safe private space to share some of their thoughts and feelings, I provide this space. Much of the focus is to learn how to listen and to hear, self awareness , self love, learning new skills and ways to reduce anxiety and depression.

I am inviting you into a safe and nonjudgemental place , to share anything you want and to be heard. I work with couples and individuals. I am Gottman certified , and a supervisor in the State of Florida. I specialize with men's and women's issues, couples, traditional and non, and infidelity. I also work with individuals with anxiety and depression.

I am warm, supportive , a good listener, and empathetic. I treat every client as an individual and use various modalities(CBT, task and goal oriented, talk and others) for each. Every client is heard and treated with kindness and respect. The client therapist relationship is built on trust and mutual respect, allowing the client to be successful in therapy
