Hi, I’m Julia! I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My goal is to provide comfort and ease while taking your first steps to mental wellness.

I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking new approaches to persistent problems, especially anxiety, phobias, enhancing communication and reducing conflict in relationships. Together, we can work to help you consider alternatives to old habits and create thoughts and behaviors to help you clarify and achieve your goals.
