One of my favorite therapy-isms is, "if nothing changes, nothing changes". You deserve the opportunity to feel your best and I would be honored to help you on your journey towards emotional healing and self-discovery. The best part of being a therapist is getting to discover all the unique strengths and coping skills that everyone possesses, and helping them identify and access those gifts. I love working with people in all stages of life, and truly believe in the healing power of a strong, therapeutic relationship.
I focus strongly on connection-building. I always want to create a safe space where any person can feel validated, supported, and secure. Starting therapy can be a scary experience and I am here to help ease you into the process. I specialize in mood issues (anxiety, depression, stress), processing trauma, food/ body struggles, and substance use.
I work with individuals, families, and young adults. I hope to help my clients with their investigation into self and I am honored to guide each of them through that journey. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
