Adversity brings unexpected opportunities to develop, mature and transform ourselves and our relationships--creating greater freedom, joy and love.
For more than 35 years I have guided people through stressful situations. As a therapist, developmental psychologist and certified life-coach I have helped people explore themselves--their patterns of behavior and emotions.
