For the past 25 years, I have worked with a vast and diverse group of people in the field of human services. My work has been informed by a deep value of service to others and a consistent striving to improve the quality of life of my clients. My goal is to provide high quality psychotherapy for couples, families, and individuals because I believe that strengthening relationships is one of the best avenues to mental health. My attention to the unique circumstances of my clients, my networking other professionals, and my hard work leads clients to feel supported and faithful that real change is possible.
I specialize in working with couples and individuals on life transitions, emotional intimacy, communication, boundaries, as well as treating anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR, Couples and Family Therapy, and Substance Abuse Treatment. I also have a background in religious studies and can help clients to find resiliency through spirituality.
