Self-acceptance will be more consistent, your past traumas can become stories to tell, you may feel deeper appreciation for relationships, as well as a stronger connection with your family. I work with you gently & efficiently towards your goals & solutions. Unifying conflicting parts of yourself and finding balance in your life creates emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Understanding your emotions allows you to progress in your growth.
Past trauma & abuse may result in anxiety, depression, anger & other symptoms. EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), & self-calming skills are used to process traumas, decrease the emotional charge, & establish positive beliefs about yourself. Veterans with PTSD can request I be their provider at TheHeadstrongProject.org.
