Successfully helping individuals and couples has always been a priority to me. First and foremost I want you to feel comfortable and safe when we work together and this is essential to fostering your growth. Over two decades, I have explored numerous schools of therapy with couples, to help your comfort with emotional intimacy as well as your sex life. I use Stan Tatkin's PACT psychobiological couples therapy model, embellished with many other styles.
I have never liked sitting back and going "ahem". In my practice I am open and frank about what we are doing to help you change. We will use a variety of styles to look at your process--Attachment based, Gestalt, psychodrama to help address your stuck places and develop healthier, more effective approaches to others.
