My specialties are, 1) working with young adults - navigating through all aspects of adult life. 2) working with all women's issues, such as body image, sense of self, pregnancy and post-partum adjustment, perinatal mood concerns, identity shifts in motherhood, mid-life hormonal changes. 3) couples therapy, parenting stress, challenges in fatherhood.
