Coming from a strength based perspective I work creatives, couples ADHD folk, and the queer community. I’ll assist you in finding clarity if you’re feeling stuck in your professional or personal relationships. If you have ADHD, or think you do, I can help you create systems to help when lack of concentrating and procrastination get in your way. I come from a strength-based perspective, meaning that that we create change by finding what is working. In session, we determine preferred outcomes focusing on the present while exploring how the past has influenced the way you see yourself in the world. I work with individuals and couples, artistic minds, ADHD folk, and the LGBTQ community.
