Hello! I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Major Depression, Social Anxiety, and Panic. I use Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help enrich your relationship.

As a first generation Greek-American, I'm sensitive to cultural issues impacting individuals, couples and families. Privacy concerns, intergenerational differences, and acculturation levels all factor into my thought process. As an extension of my couples work, I work with families with adults children to help with any issues they face.
